CareGrid EA is a directory and appointment-coordination platform that connects patients with verified healthcare facilities. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not give medical advice, and we do not dispatch emergency care.

Information on CareGrid (including facility profiles, prices, and availability) is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Always rely on a qualified clinician for diagnosis and treatment.

An appointment request is a request, not a confirmed booking, until the facility confirms it. The facility is solely responsible for the care it provides, its clinicians, pricing, and availability. Prices shown are estimates and may change after assessment.

CareGrid does not collect patient payments online. Deposits and fees are arranged directly between you and the facility. CareGrid may charge facilities a platform fee on confirmed bookings.

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Verified badges reflect CareGrid’s review at a point in time. Capability can change; always call ahead for urgent or emergency needs. We are not liable for information facilities self-report.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareGrid is not liable for the acts or omissions of facilities or clinicians, or for outcomes of care arranged through the platform.
